2. Use of Service

By using Sympwell, you agree to:

  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial health tracking purposes
  • Not attempt to use the app to diagnose or treat serious medical conditions without consulting a healthcare professional
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others

3. AI-Generated Content

Sympwell uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze symptoms and provide health insights. While we strive for accuracy and reference evidence-based medical guidelines, AI-generated content:

  • May not always be accurate or complete
  • Should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions
  • Is intended for informational and educational purposes only
  • Cannot account for all individual health factors

4. Account & Subscriptions

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Subscription plans (Pro/Family) provide access to premium features
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings

Sympwell and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes any health decisions made based on information provided by the app.

All content, features, and functionality of Sympwell (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Sympwell and protected by intellectual property laws. Your health data remains yours — we claim no ownership over information you provide.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
