  • Voice & Image Data: Audio recordings (for voice symptom input) and photos (for visual analysis) — processed in real-time and not stored permanently

  • Provide AI-powered symptom analysis and health insights
  • Store your medical history securely for your personal reference
  • Generate health reports and pattern detection
  • Send medicine reminders and health check-in prompts
  • Improve our AI models and service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your health data is stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security practices including:

  • End-to-end encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encrypted storage for passwords (bcrypt hashing)
  • Secure, authenticated API access (JWT tokens)
  • Regular security audits

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to provide our features:

  • OpenAI (GPT-5.2): For AI symptom analysis and health insights. Your symptoms are processed but not stored by OpenAI.
  • Stripe: For payment processing. We never store your full card details.
  • Resend: For email verification and notifications.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all your stored health data at any time
  • Export your data as PDF or JSON
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal health data to anyone. Your data is only shared when:

  • You explicitly choose to share it (e.g., Share with Doctor feature)
  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others
